ust had my first week weigh in. 8 and a half lbs down since last Monday. Maybe a little more as being weighed in the evening is never super reliable. Inch loss was not so impressive; an inch all over (hips, waist) but my boobs stayed the same. Hurrah for boobies!
It’s quite good, though I know it’s mostly water weight. I had a miniscule chicken salad on Saturday and then some popcorn. It didn’t knock me out of ketosis, surprisingly. I also resisted the temptation to beat the shit out of myself for it, which is a Seaneen First. I didn’t automatically head for more food, either, I stopped at a few handfuls of popcorn in the cinema.
From here on in the weight loss will be much less, but it means I only have 2 and a half stone to go now before the doctor can take “Obese” off my medical record.
