Tea without milk?! Barbarism!

Day 2

It’s day 2 and I’m feeling pretty good.

I had chicken and vegetable soup last night.  Certainly an acquired taste, I put far too much water in it and it was horrible.

Spicy tomato for tonight.

I noticed that you said you were worried about loose skin, so I thought I’d just pass on some info from when I was trying to lose weight; drink lots (and lots and lots) of water with your diet, not including caffeinated drinks, take a high dose of vitamin C to maintain the collagen in your skin (you can’t overdose, excess just washes out of your body) and an omega oil supplement to help with skin suppleness.
Palmer’s cocoa butter skin firming lotion is also good, and quite cheap.
Also, finding out what your body fat percentage is would be a good idea, because most excess skin is actually leftover fat in the folds of skin, so if you get to about 15-20% body fat (the so-called healthy percentage for women) then you shouldn’t have any loose skin at all.
Sorry if I sound like I am preaching, but I found the info helpful and I thought you might too. Best of luck with your weight loss.
